1. Brown fused alumina (A)

It is tan, with high hardness and high toughness. The abrasive tools made of it are used for grinding carbon steel, general alloy steel, malleable cast iron, and hard bronze, etc., and are widely used in ramming materials and other refractory products.

Uses: Used for ceramic abrasives, for high-grade abrasives, for mechanical abrasives, for abrasive belts, and for page-spraying abrasives.

2. White Corundum (WA)

It is white, slightly harder than brown fused alumina, and has a slightly lower toughness. The abrasive tool made of it is used to grind high-carbon steel.

Steel and stainless steel, fine-grained abrasives can also be used for precision casting and refractory applications.

3. High alumina corundum (HA)

With the hardness of white corundum and the toughness of brown corundum, it is ideal high-grade refractories and abrasive materials, with a bulk density of 3.90g/cm3, and a fire-resistant temperature > 1850°C.

4. Chrome corundum (PA)

The hardness is similar to that of white corundum, and the toughness is higher than that of white corundum and the abrasive tool made of it has a good durability and a high finish. Suitable for precision grinding of measuring tools, machine tool spindles, instrument parts, threaded workpieces and model mills.

5. Zirconia (ZA)

Especially suitable for rough processing of stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel.

6. Black fused alumina (BA)

With high toughness, it is most suitable for the polishing of stainless steel and non-ferrous materials, the grinding efficiency is higher than brown fused alumina, and the effect is better than other materials.

7. Garnet (G)

The specific gravity is 3.96g/cm3, mainly iron-aluminum crystal structure, suitable for free grinding or organic grinding tools.

8. Black silicon carbide (C)

Suitable for the grinding of cast iron, non-ferrous metals, rubber, leather, plastics, wood, ores, also for advanced refractory

9. Green silicon carbide (GC)

Suitable for grinding carbide and hard brittle metal and non-metal materials, such as copper, brass, aluminum, magnesium and other non-ferrous metals and precious stones, optical glass, ceramics and other non-metallic materials. Ultrafine powders are also advanced ceramic materials.

10. Silicon nitride (Si3N4)

It is a new type of material produced under specific high temperature and high pressure and is mainly used for refractory materials and ceramic materials. It is also a highly efficient abrasive material.
